There isn’t any perfect age to get married because everyone’s life is different.
Some people become millionaires at 25, while some don’t even complete their college till 27. You can’t really define a border-line for everyone to get married in that limit. It really depends from person to person.
The perfect age should be - when you’ve gained physical and mental maturity to handle a marriage, a life-partner and when you have fair-level of financial stability to run a household. I’m not saying you should be a millionaire, but at least earn ‘more’ than you spend. That should be enough in the beginning.
